Genertel recruitment platform (jomunkamlesz.hu)
Jó munkám lesz is a recruitment website developed in 2024 for Genertel Insurance through BellaCom Kft. Built from supplied Figma designs, it presents customer-service and sales opportunities and connects the public candidate journey with Genertel’s internal application workflow.
Challenge
The site had to explain the roles, benefits, team, locations, first-year experience, and frequently asked questions in a clear and approachable way. It also needed to collect structured applications, including CV files, and make them reliably available to the internal team.
My role
BellaCom and Genertel supplied the visual design and content direction. I was responsible for the complete technical implementation in Drupal, including the application form, validation and file-upload workflow, administrative access to submissions, and automated internal delivery.
Solution
The application journey collects contact details, the selected role and city, structured screening answers, and a CV. Upload validation accepts PDF, DOC, and DOCX files, and the flow includes the required privacy consent.
Applications remain accessible in Drupal’s administration interface. A scheduled cron process also forwards them to Genertel’s internal email address, combining a reviewable system of record with automatic delivery to the team.
Outcome and evidence
The result is a focused recruitment platform that takes candidates from role discovery to a complete application in one consistent experience. The live website and application flow provide direct evidence of the delivered implementation; no unverified applicant or conversion figures are claimed.
